Do I need any special equipment to use the app?

If you want to use the VR version, you will need an Oculus Quest VR 1 or 2.
If you prefer using the desktop version, you can open it on PC or Mac.
Compatible browsers: Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, MS Edge, Apple Safari.

How can I subscribe and get the VR app?

You can subscribe to it by clicking the subscription button on our website. After clicking the subscription button on our website, you will be transferred to Billsby, where you will need to fill in the subscription form, also entering an email address and a password.
After that, you will be transferred to a secured platform, where you will need to enter your bank card data. We’re using Stripe, one of the most popular payment solutions, so your data is protected. We won’t even see it.
After making the payment, you will receive an invoice, and your account will be created.

Thus, when you download the app, you can log in with the same email and password that you entered in the subscription form.

How can I unsubscribe?

Our partner, The IVF Company and its scientific department will answer all your questions and supervisor your training and assess your progress. They are the official partner of The University of Kent in the UK. They run ICSI, IVF and Embryo biopsy and genetics practical courses from a beginner level to an advanced level.

Can I go to an IVF training centre for actual practice on ICSI & Embryo Biopsy using animal gametes after I finish my VR training?

Of course, you can. The IVF Company branch in Dubai has a licensed training IVF centre with the latest cut edge IVF equipment, and they offer ICSI and Embryo biopsy practical training sessions. They operate all year round and offer training packages with a holiday in Dubai simultaneously. Students can enjoy their practical training sessions, and at the same time, they are enjoying the sun and the shopping in Dubai and what the city can offer!
